Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Production Time (The Artisan Process) Every Memory Box is hand-crafted and customized to your specific order.

• Processing & Production: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to scale your photo, blend your custom scent, and assemble your box.

• During peak holiday seasons, production may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-13 business days after production is complete.

• Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or local postal service issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Breathing Cycle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at timelesshtmd@gmail.com Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will require photos of the damage to process a replacement.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
