Refund policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products (Custom Memory Boxes, 1:1 Scale Photos, and Bespoke Scent Blending), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at timelesshtmd@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will prioritize a replacement for you at no additional cost.

Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for the quality of the photos uploaded and the scent selections made. We cannot offer refunds for low-quality source material provided by the customer.

Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, our artisans begin the hand-crafting process.
